An explanation of the motives of those who have enslaved us is given in simple terms. In order to make the 'nature of the beast' accessible to a viewer, who was likely raised on predominantly Christian values, the slow-speaking Southerner uses the coin. The narrator does a quick multiplication in his head, to show his intelligence and affinity and command for numbers and multiplies 7 billion people times $1,000,000 each and in seconds he comes up with a figure of $1,000,000,000,000,000 which is enough to give every man, woman and child on the planet, a million dollars each with 36 zeros left, in just that one account! The Illuminati doesn't do that, because it's not about the money or making people happy, obviously.
The final piece of the puzzle ('nature of the beast') is put into place and it is revealed who is really in control when the short soliloquy is interrupted by a telepathic message from the Tall Greys, described as a telephone ringing in the head of the Good Ole Boy and the King of the World instantly transforms into subservient errand boy, when the Tall Greys summons him and you hear him say, 'Yes Sir, I'm coming!"
