"Place your hands in position to receive the energies and visualize your Father the Sun, the Solar Christ. Try to visualize its huge Light in the same way as if you saw it in broad daylight, in a beautiful sky. You can look at it, it does not dazzle you, it is not dangerous.
Visualize a huge stroke of Light originating at the center of your Father the Sun and moving towards you. It is a great path that leads you to him, to his Energy of Love, and that leads him to you.
Stay a while in receipt of these energies so as to be connected to this wonderful source of Love, this source of energy that regenerates you.
Solar Christ always gives life to all the planets in your solar system, all the satellites; however, the level of support of each planet is different yet still very important, according to the distance and the radiance that it can support or integrate,
Try to feel the Sun energy spreading within you. Try to connect yourself to the path of Light emanating from it and try to go the opposite way, that is to say go to it via this path of Light.

Now that you are connected to the Sun energy, visualize your body of matter. You will first visualize your spine and all the bones of your skeleton. It is the tree, and the tree must be strong. You will direct the energy of Solar Christ, your Father the Sun on your spine.
Imagine a small sphere of Light which is condensed energy. Have it circulate around in your spine, vertebra by vertebra.
Then pass around the small sphere of Light in your ribs, in your chest, in all the bones of your body.

Be aware now that your bone structure is in perfect health, that your tree of life may take you a long way off, in perfect health, on the road that lies ahead.

Now dress your bone structure with your flesh. Send a lot of Light in all that dresses your bone structure. Always work with the golden light.

Visualize your bloodstream. Your arteries and your veins are your rivers, your interior streams. Project the golden light across your entire bloodstream so that it becomes regenerated.
It may seem surprising that it is enough, through this brief exercise, that merely thinking about lighting up your bone structure with a golden light and flooding your bloodstream with that light is sufficient. The work is accomplished in the second you think about it, very simply!

Now visualize a golden light in your head, and irrigate your brain with this particular energy.
Feel the harmony in you. You are in complete harmony with yourself, you are in complete harmony with the Universe. At this moment, there are no external pressures, there are no more chains, you are in harmony.

Now project the Light of Solar Christ, your Father the Sun, on your body energies as though to ‘cleanse’ them, to rid them of all the regressive thoughts you have generated.
Try to feel around you a brightness, in the same manner as if the lights lit up around your physical body.

You feel perfectly well. You are perfectly aligned at the level of your centers of strength and that of your subtle bodies. When you are so, you do not feel tired and you do not feel any of the inferior energies.
When you are at peace with yourself, when you are perfectly centered, your ability to help is increased a great deal and the power of Love that you project on others is also major.
Your guide is now in front of you. He is glowing. He will work on your center of strength between the two eyes. Try to open yourself to this awareness, to the help he brings to you.
Most importantly, do not be distracted by what can be going on around you. Just be focused on yourself.
Your guide will communicate telepathically with you, and you will express aloud the word or phrase that you receive. It is important to do it aloud. It is very important also that you do not work with your mind. One word, two words, a phrase… everything is important.

It is easy to let your heart speak, it is much easier than you imagine. Your only restraints are the mind and doubt. You may say: ‘I am not able to convey information, it is my intellect, my mind…’ If you were much freer, you would realize that it really is a communication that may come from deep within you, from the Divine Being that is within you, a communication you are receiving from your Brothers of Light, or your beloved guides.
Telepathic communication will be more and more frequent between you, Children of the Earth, and us, your star brothers. That is how you may be notified of major changes for yourself and the planet Earth.
Telepathy is the modus operandi of the Universe. There are no different languages. In the Universe, the main communications link is via telepathy.
You must learn to communicate with your brothers of Light and communicate among yourselves. Telepathically you cannot cheat, you are always on the straight line, honest with yourself, honest with your brothers.
Above all, do not moan, as this faculty which you hold will arise more and more, and you will realize how easy it is to communicate that way with each other.
When you communicate telepathically, you will realize that brotherhood really exists, that you are all one and that you really love each other."
