Laura: Dear Neptune, one of my readers would like to know if your kind is related to our mermaids here on Earth or to the Sirians?

King Neptune: Yes, some of our brothers and sisters left our beloved planet Mars either by their own means, in spaceships of our own. While others left with some of the Annunaki. Some left willingly with the positive faction of the Annunaki, they were treated as friends and as equals by this faction. They shared technology with our kind and developed a bound against the more greedy Annunaki, who had associated themselves with other self serving species, such as some Reptilians.

The ones who left our dying planet with the positive Annuanki decided to populate parts of the oceans on your planet and later on, during the Atlantean times, have decided to move into the Inner Earth for their own safety. We are not a wayfaring kind and we prefer to avoid confrontation. When some of us were seen on the surface of your planet, by the Atlanteans, it was either going to be marvellous news for Humans, or to it was as a warning of an incoming disaster. We were considered as magical beings, as most of us had decided to shy away from the ongoing affairs of your growing civilisation and culture.

Please understand that my message is not against any outsider species. There are positive Annunakis, there are positive Reptilians, and the situation was the same back then. It could never have been said that the entire population of either these two species were entirely negative beings. It has in fact nothing to do with species, as on your planet the colour of skin of a person would never define their soul’s design. Unfortunately this is often misunderstood or misinterpreted.

Others among our kind were captured by the above mentioned more negative beings. They were very often used for genetic manipulations on your planet, in order to accelerate the development of some species on Earth. Again at a later stage some of the captured had managed to escape and break free into Earth’s oceans. These have rejoined their companions in the Inner Earth in great numbers. Rare were the ones among us who chose to roam your surface oceans.

Regarding our connection with the Sirians, our genealogists assured us there was no traceable connection in our data banks. This is of little importance now, since we know that we all have originated from the same Source. We have met many of the Sirian beings, our connection expanded as the link between Inner Earth inhabitants and Galactic Beings had extended.

Inside the Inner Earth there are many ways of travelling across the stars, including Stargates, inter-dimensional ships, beaming technologies, using molecular fragmentation at sub-atomic level, etc… Of course for Ascended Beings these ways of travelling are just accessories most of the time. However we do prefer to travel all together in ships when going on a planet with a mission and as a group. This helps bringing us together in the same place, at the same time, and in the same dimension very efficiently.

I am inclined to state that your mermaid beings are the descendants of our own kind. I believe they have populated your oceans at a pick of our civilisation on Earth. They have been seen from time to time by your kind. There is always a certain mystery and mysticism associated with us, because we do have extra sensorial abilities in comparison to your own kind.  Most of the time the magic and fairy tale like atmosphere are due to the humans mind being probed by us. In fact those of you who have seen or filmed our kind were allowed by us. There are very little incidents of this kind being a mistake, or an accident. It is a true meeting between species originating on two neighbouring worlds, but who are nevertheless similar.

Our kind is much older than yours and have developed certain abilities, which many of you are only beginning to experience now. Such abilities do include telepathy, bi-location, radar like eye sight, sonar like hearing, heightened sense of smell, memory, and a somewhat larger and more developed brain. Of course many of us are comfortable in waters, but can breathe your air for an extended period of time.

The chief difference with the beings that you call Nommo is that these beings are mainly air beings in the higher dimensions. Some of them are water beings also, specially here on Earth. Another feature of the Nommo is a certain amount of mischief for some of them. Some can propel themselves through air, just as well as through water. Their density of materialisation is 4^th dimensional and higher. They were often portrayed as genies in your culture. For example in Aladin’s story, the genie was a Nommo. The Nommo often act for reasons best known to them alone, and appear to make little sense to humans. They seem unpredictable and unreliable to Humans most of the time, hence the veil of mystery around them.
